My career interests and vision includes bridging the worlds of Culinary-Clinical-Functional Medicine together to breed "healing from the inside/out, 1 person, 1 habit at a time via my Holistic Body Transformation Wellness Coaching Practice, "Elevated Wellness." My focus is to help the general public heal their health concerns by addressing their undesirable symptoms by getting to the "root" and de-inflaming the brain-body while placing focus on simple, doable daily behaviors which we have control of to elicit life transformation in our spiritual, psychological, emotional, social, and physiological well-being.
