Following the high school education in science, joined the school of Medicine at Cairo University, after the house officer training at Kasr El Ainy Hospital and El-Monira Hospitals in Cairo, joined the French University of Rene Descartes for a 3rd stage Diploma in Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology. Worked with "Doctors Without Border" supplying medical care to Somalese refugees, planning and organizing three sites with over thirty thousand people, attended the Gobwein ship crisis at Aden on 1992.
