Member of Global Outsourcers & Systems Integrators team providing support to public sector systems integrators. Provide technical sales support to Global account managers for assigned accounts with the goal of protecting and growing revenue streams. Establish and cultivate relationships with customer executives in technical and business units. Provide architectural support for assigned customers and coordinate specialist engagement when required. Develop and implement both sales and technical strategies for assigned accounts to ensure revenue growth (direct sales and indirect sales) and customer satisfaction.
