Since joining the North East Transformation System (NETS), I have been a leader in teaching lean healthcare facilities design and mentoring NHS organisations in the lean healthcare design approach.
I manage and deliver the lean design of space programme, supporting pilots with specialist quality improvement expertise. I develop training curriculum to spread the design of space approach beyond the pilots.
