Togther with team are responsible for service electronization strategy and service delivery modernization initiatives, recently - for Baltic and EU crossborder cooperation and eGovernment promotion & dissemination initiatives. Working on National eGovernment Benchmark - "Latvia's E-index". During Latvian Presidency in EU Council Deputy Chairman of the Telecommunications and Information Society Working Party.
