Charles graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Minor in Business in 1988 and relocated to Memphis, Tennessee that same year. In November 2000, Gaushell left his career as a project architect/designer to focus all of his attention on Paradigm Marketing & Creative.
With over 20 years in architecture, design and marketing, Gaushell brings a unique blend of skills for developing comprehensive marketing solutions.
