gcs is a privately owned company founded 1996. The company is located at a technology park in Salzburg.
gcs's vision aims at combining data (IP) transmission with DVB based broadcast and multicast systems.
gcs has developed a stable customer base including Telcos, broadcasters, satellite service providers, system integrators and other manufacturers for whom gcs is supplier of mission critical hardware, software, turn-key products, solutions and expertise.
gcs is a classical high-tech SME and employs 10 staff members. Products range from IP/DVB encapsulator/modulator systems (ODG - Open DVB Gateway), broadband data satellite receivers (BSR) to IP/DVB/MPEG quality monitoring systems (QMS).
