• Demonstrated leadership and proven success in hiring, orienting, training, supporting, and advocating for adjunct faculty at main campus and centers at the largest campus of one of the nation’s largest community colleges.
• Extensive knowledge of college system technology infrastructure, enterprise solutions, learning management systems, and instructional technology.
• Extremely close working relationship with senior and junior-level college administration.
• Experience supervising, supporting, and mentoring part-time staff and faculty.
• Collegial working relationship based on mutual respect with chairs, lead faculty, full-time faculty, and adjunct faculty from all disciplines
