General manager with full P&L responsibility of Soudal Inc., the Soudal NV affiliate in the USA including production facilities, selling sealants, adhesives and PU-foams to the North-American market. Fully independent affiliate incl. purchasing, HR and accounting, reporting to HQ. Mission: to create in the short term a strong and healthy footprint for Soudal in North-America, in order to contribute significantly to the global growth of Soudal in the next years . Specialties: -Restructuring / turnaround of the business, by implementing "smart savings" (strong cost control / procedures and simultanously very strong customer/sales focus).
