An urban planner concentrated in the field of real estate development, estate planning, and GIS. My role is exposed from conceptual planning through urban planning up to implementation which involves land acquisition grounded with the objectives of planned development. I am also involved in short-term projects which involve creation/update of Ecological Profile and formulation/update of Comprehensive Land Use Plan with some Local Government Units, and survey research to shorter-term projects. I am heavily focused on land use planning, development economics, estate management, and GIS.
