Professor of chemical reaction engineering with emphasis in chemical kinetics and heterogeneous catalysis. Consultant to large chemical companies such as Braskem S.A., Clariant S.A. Alcoa S.A. Current industrial projects in my laboratory include companies such as Braskem, Petrobras and Shell. Prior to the present position at UNICAMP worked for two years in the National Institute of Space Research in the study of catalytic decomposition of hydrazine for satellite thrusters. Instructor for undergraduate and graduate claases in thermodynamics, chemical reaction engineering and environmental chemistry. Specialties: Research leader for new chemical processes
