I am a Consultant, Trainer & Coach, specializing in forming, leading and coaching effective and innovative teams that accomplish high-impact results while staying highly engaged and enjoying their work.
I've been leading, mentoring and coaching teams and individuals for the past 11 years, particularly in the context of adopting Agile Methods such as Scrum, Kanban & XP, acting as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Prior to that I played the roles of Development Director, Project Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Leader & Software Developer for a wide variety of business and enterprise software projects.
