In my professional life I have been involved in sales and marketing of pharmaceuticals, cigarettes, alcohol beverages.
Since 1998 I have been working as a general manager of Diageo in various Eastern European markets focussed on strategic planning, brand building, people management, developping distributors and P&L management.
I have also gained experience in NGOs, being bmember of the board of the Spirits Association in th ecountry and recently - an elected Chairman of the Public Council fo Self Regulation in commercial communication.
