My current research centers on quantitative Veterinary Epidemiology. I have strong interest in methods of disease management. I am especially interested in infectious disease models, focusing on interactions between different areas involved on modeling infectious disease through a multidisciplinary approach involving mainly statistician and veterinarian skills. I have been working with commercial statistic software (SAS, STATA, SPSS, R), I am current proficient on advance level with “R” programing and data analysis, which has been inspiring my work by showing new possibilities on modeling and supporting operations with larger and rather complex databases.
