My current research centers on quantitative Veterinary Epidemiology. I have strong interest in methods of disease management. I am especially interested in infectious disease models, focusing on interactions between different areas involved on modeling infectious disease through a multidisciplinary approach involving mainly statistician and veterinarian skills. I have been working with commercial statistic software (SAS, STATA, SPSS, R), I am current proficient on advance level with R programing and data analysis, which has been inspiring my work by showing new possibilities on modeling and supporting operations with larger and rather complex databases.
