I've strategized and operationalized talent sourcing systems, customized tools, and trained sourcing teams to build candidate pipelines for major corporations in multiyear, full-time roles at Getronics, Microsoft, Avanade (with 2 years in between as a full-time trainer with Shally Steckerl) and now State Street, one of the world's largest custody banks. I speak periodically on sourcing & related recruiting topics at industry conferences. I enjoy evaluating new technology, building domestic and offshore sourcing teams and quickly getting them up to speed, motivating them to learn new and better ways of doing things, and create their own centers of excellence to put them into practice.
