My responsibilities include :- 1. To review and analyse tariff applications from utilities and advise accordingly;. 2. To manage various data bases and ensure that data is kept and analysed for future usage and forecasting; 3. To conduct economic analyses with a view to interpret the influence of the economic environment on energy sector and advise stakeholders; 4. Handle customer complaints and queries and prepare reports; 5. To compile, review and analyse performance reports on the performance of the energy sector; 6. Undertake performance bench marking with both local and foreign utilities; 7. Conduct consumer communication workshops.
