The role is primarily responsible for the management and growth of e-channels and ensure provision of ‘round-the-clock’ services to meet customer needs to facilitate the achievement of retail banking volume, revenue and profit targets.

- Work with stake holders to integrate initiatives and programs that drive targeted, incremental awareness and use of channel.
- Lead channel focused initiatives and liaise with all stakeholders to respond to customer queries / complaint.
