Graduated from Habiba High School, Graduated from the University of Hawaii(USA), East -West Center & from The University of Vermont. Worked as a Senior Advisor at the Time of late President Daud, and for the last 9 years Senior Advisor at the Ministries of Finance, Commerce & Industry & Economy. Lately lecturing in the American University In Afghanistan & in Bakhtar University. Written books & participated in many national, regional & international events & organization such as UNCTAD, UNESCAP, World Bank, IMF, CAREC, ECO, SAARC, WIPO, & WTO
