• 18 years of experience in search engines, working with Product based, Open-source and Proprietary search platforms (FAST, SOLR/Lucene, BiblioLine, ROMWright). • Search engine support including - production support and management, development, improving search experience. Supporting stakeholders with search deployments and management, reducing exists, improving search hits and conversions. • Experience in Project management – analyzing requirements, creating RFI, Comparison criteria, POC, deployment planning, new product/feature development. • Good understanding on various tracking tools including Google Analytics and Omniture.
