It seems like no one knows why I want to join the army
To them it seems to be something of a foreign concept
Not something of joy but something to be wept
But I can think of no greater career out there for me
It’s more then just being some adrenaline junkie
And I’m not a sicko warmonger
It’s about being more then some companies lackey
It’s about being connected to history to be part of something greater
Where else can one show loyalty to Queen and Country
Being part of an establishment hundreds of years old
One that few want to join and even then only the bold
When others are presented with this responsibility they would rather flee
The world needs men willing to
