I'm always looking ways to improve my skills. In every week I try to learn something new. I like challenges and that's where I get my motivation. The greatest feeling ever comes when you solve some difficult problem or understand some new thing. When developing applications/modules/features, I keep in mind that the code I write, will be changed at some point. That's why it is important to create as modular and reusable code as possible. I also like to keep things simple. I'm not UX designer, bu if I can improve usability of UI with minimal changes, I'll do it.
