As a Coach, I partner with the client to enable learning that helps achieving of goals set by the client. I'm a Certified Partner for Best Year Yet® coaching for individuals, groups and teams. As Facilitator-Trainer, I facilitate learning, customizing workshops and follow-through coaching to create lasting learning experiences for personal mastery and organizational excellence. I'm also a motivational speaker. I have 36 years work experience including 26 years in a large ICT multinational company, an innovation consulting start-up company in a public university, an ICT managed services company and a government agency enabling the digital economy. I hold an MBA from Cardiff University.
