I am committed to leadership, positive change, compassionate and mindfulness at home and in the workplace. My biggest joy in life are my two beautiful children, and they teach me new insights in life every day. I am outspoken, opinionated, fierce and challenging - I do that because I care deeply and impatient about mediocrity and a lack of integrity in how humans interact with each other...indirectly, disrespectful or lacking compassion. I feel a personal responsibility with my students, work colleagues and family to be mindful, thoughtful, and help them see their unique genius.
