• 10+ years working with IT Infrastructure in large Telecom companies, working with system capacity in the last 6 years. • Experience with systems capacity and performance. • Responsible for critical systems budget/CAPEX. • Manages a team with 15 own employees and several service providers. • Create the capacity plan, ensuring availability and performance of critical systems. • Accountable for IT capacity in order to support the company growth. • Manages the suppliers’ contracts, budget control, and RFPs preparation. • Monitors purchase processes and implementation projects.
