I started my career in the Banking Industry. I quickly gained a strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Marketing.
BPCE is the second largest player in French territory. While at this organization, I was responsible for defining and implementing the Multichannel Strategy of the Bank. This included selecting and operating both the infrastructure(s) and software(s) to deliver the project. Further onwards, I was also responsible for the BPCE Banks Innovation Strategy and Implementation. I managed the Mobile Payment Project and launched the NFC Payment [Near Field Communication Payment] in the south of France, in the beautiful city of Nice.
