About
Hideo Tone is program officer at the Toyota Foundation since 2014. He had been program officer of Japan Center for International Exchange (JCIE) from 2010 and was engaged in bilateral dialogue and exchange programs as well as activities of the Friends of the Global Fund, Japan (FGFJ), to which JCIE serves as secretariat. Before his position at JCIE, Mr. Tone had worked for a public relations agency and was involved in the public relations and marketing activities of IT companies from 2007. Having majored in international communications, he holds a B.A. from Kanda University of International Studies.
