Dr. Tobias Schimmer (Hildenbrand) works as chief expert for Business Model Innovation and Design Thinking coach for strategic software projects and product development teams at SAP. In 2009, he took over program management responsibility for the global rollout of lean and agile product development at SAP (2009-2011), while also coaching a pilot projects combining lean/agile development and design thinking. 2012 and 2013 Tobias was driving the implementation of Design Thinking in SAP’s development organization while coaching large co-innovation projects such as SAP Fashion Management and SportsOne. Since 2014, he's responsible for Business Innovation from within SAP's development organization
