I am Hira Ballabh Joshi. Born and brought up in Kumaon and got schooling from a place called Devidhura and from Nainital . Graduation from DSB college Nainital, Post graduation as well as M Phil from JNU, New Delhi and left this university in 1993 to join Indian Civil Service. I have done MBA (Fin.) and now persuing LLB. I have written a book on glimpses of kumaon Himalaya.
