I love project managing initiatives where reducing the gap between people is key. For example, working within OPERATIONS and making the link with R&D and SALES or finding new ways to create WIN-WIN situation between customers ans suppliers. I am dedicated to adding value on the field through the definition, management and monitoring of relevant projects. I am using techniques such as LEAN MANUFACTURING, QUALITY tools, SIX SIGMA, IT systems definition ..... which I complete with facilitation skills.
