Promoting the concepts of Performance Excellence through conducting training and awareness seminars.
Developing and monitoring the implementation of various Performance Excellence systems in accordance with the requirements of Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). And being able to do the same for SKEA (Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award)
Conducting Performance Assessment programs as per the RADAR requirements to assess the effectiveness and comprehensive implementation of DGEP/ EFQM requirements.
