Hen used to work as trainer and consultant for MRTS in specific areas such as Positive Thinking, Problems Solving, Goal Setting, Motivation, Effective Communication, Powerful Presentation, Facilitation Skill and Leadership.
Hen has more than 10 years of experience in research and with social development organizations in areas related to project management and capacity building. He is now working for National Coordinator of Interfaith Cooperation Forum (ICF) which its head office is based in Hong Kong.
