I have been serving in the HR department for last 05 years. Now I am working as incharge (HR and Admin dept.) of a unit consisting more than 2500 workers and responsible for all kind of workers & staffs recruitment, file management, documentation, general HR and administration related work. Most importantly I have leaded the “Group Salary and Payroll” team for one and half year. I have handled all kinds of salary related work for more than 14000 workers and staffs. I have also experienced on HRIS.
