- Preparing the Annual Company’s Budget - Coordinate with other functions to gather the required data for budget preparation - Prepare different budget scenarios with the supporting assumptions and documents - Prepare the annual Company’s budget and discuss with the top management - Communicate the approved budget details to the respective functions - Follow-up the budget execution and prepare deviation reports - Discuss the deviation reports with the involved parties and agree on the corrective actions
