I am the owner and founder of Hot Body Fitness of San Leandro, and have lived in the Bay Area since 1974. I am passionately committed to health and wellness in the community, and I really enjoy having the opportunity to promote a healthy every-day lifestyle. My primary goal is to inspire and motivate people to lead healthier, happier, longer lives by offering small group fitness classes and individualized training programs. I strive to provide an environment in which it is convenient, cost-effective, and fun to achieve better health and more positive life-energy.
