My colleagues at PPO Serve, a health management company, and I debate, design and test manifestations of our integrated care model for different health services. I lead the effort to build and support Maternity Integrated Clinical Consortia™, commercial entities owned and controlled by the local multi-disciplinary team. With these like-minded Obstetricians&Midwives, Paediatricians, Anaesthetists and Allied Health Professionals; we systematically create high-performance teams, which we support and mentor.
