Background
My professional endeavor went through two phases over the last 32 years. The first phase, lasted for 29 years, focused on the IT industry and covered pretty much all functional roles including: programming, teaching, technical support, implementations, product marketing, sales, account management, sales management, Managing Director, and Managing Partner/CEO. Of those 29 years, I spent the first 4 years in Egypt while the remaining 25 years were spent in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The second phase began in 2007.
