As a Coach-Mentor, I have an holistic, non-directive, person centred philosophy, working with board members, fast track managers and partners in the professions. My principal coaching focus is on organisations, teams or individuals going through transition and supporting the development of multi-level leadership capabilities and high performance. I am accredited through EMCC European Individual Accreditation at Master Practitioner Level. I hold an MA in Coaching and Mentoring and have major corporate board level experience in financial services, vehicle contracting, training and personal development and consultancy. I have also qualified as a Coaching and Mentoring Supervisor.
