Therapist in private practice. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) and hold a master's degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, a B.A. in Art and a B.A. in English. I am currently accepting new clients at Lyn-Lake Psychotherapy and Wellness in Uptown, Minneapolis. I draw from my knowledge of mindfulness-based therapy techniques, neuroscience, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art and yoga when working with clients.
