I work independently and am presently working as a Senior Primary Advisor with North Lincolnshire this contract continues until April 2014.

In addition to providing school improvement advice I also have recent experience of interim headship, coaching, mentoring, training and providing  advice and support to schools in Ofsted categories.  

I have first hand experience leading and improving schools in our most challenged and disadvantaged communities.

I have over 17 years of headship experience  

My abilities  have been recognised by Ofsted and HMI, most recently:
