I am passionate about creating and supporting professional development in the field of (project) management. My practice is grounded in a belief in systemic practice; seeking to provide insights into systematic approaches to management practice that is grounded in the world of the individual, team and organisation. In action I believe we see the spark of understanding, the desire for real learning and an appreciation of the existing and potential talents of the individual.
