• Responsible for providing technical support to the region for WRAN network
• providing technical support and training to junior Engineers on various 3G interfaces and alarm rectification.
• Responsible for new 3G sites integration, feature activation, RNC Expansion, roll outs, swaps, O&M and RNC design and dimissioning
• Respinsible for maintaining the Newtork KPI's, parameter changes, call analysis, drop calls and optimization
