iHELP Pantawid Pamilya Program Valenzuela is an organization under the PCEC that helps the DSWD to facilitate the Family Development Sessions among the Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program recipients. We hope to partner with the evangelical churches in Valenzuela to send them as catalyst of change among the 4P's recipients.
