I was the first employee in a real estate developing company, STX Desenvolvimento Imobiliário S.A., where I led the company's operations in both Rio and São Paulo, managing business and real estate development processes, and reporting to New York based foreign investors. After 8 years, I together with leadership team, developed residential properties, hotels and corporate buildings, that comprised over 900,000 sqft.
