Before joining Salt & Shein to establish the PR agency practice, I worked at ABN AMRO in Sydney for six years as the head of internal communications. I devised internal communication strategies and plans, won buy-in from senior leaders, collaborated with other functions, worked with offshore colleagues and implemented a range of successful employee engagement programs - all focused on enhancing the ABN AMRO brand for employees and clients in the Australasian market.
