I do not feel nervous in social situations, and have a good impression of what others think of me, however i experience panic, confusion, and helplessness when under pressure or stress. I tend not to talk much and prefer to let others control the activities of groups. Familiar routines are good, but sometimes i like to spice up my life with a bit of adventure or activity. I find helping other people genuinely rewarding and are generally willing to assist those who are in need.
