I am doing my Ph.D in Human Resource Management (Leadership Development) at Glasgow Caledonia University and my Master's was in International Human Resource Management. My Bachelor's was in Psychology. I have managerial experience of more than seven years in the Ministry of Education, Saudi Arabia.
