- Coordinating & leading all Customer Service (CS) in "Galeri Indosat" touchpoint that spread in 5(five) provinces at Sumatera (Lampung, South Sumatera, Bangka Belitung, Bengkulu, Jambi).
- Leading in changing behavior for all CS from 100% service into 50% service & 50% sales
- Implement new product Matrix Super Plan (MSP) and Mentari Smart Voucher (MSV) as the 1st contractual-postpaid in Indonesia
- Coordinating with smartphone partner store for selling MSP & MSV with result as the 3rd highest sales in national competition year 2014.
