For more than five years, Ishak has been working in mapping and remote sensing and focus on sector land, cover land use, marine resources and palm oil. His expertise in geographic information system and remote sensing which include mapping coral reef, mapping potential fishing zone, Land use, interpretation image satellite, processing data dem, dsm and dtm, palm counting using image satellite high resolution, HCV/HCS, monitoring deforestation and peat land and other associated with GIS and remote sensing.
