My Objective is to become an experts in Managing Telecommunications Business.
Started as IT Operation Engineer, I moved to Postpaid Billing Support for 2 years before jumping to Enterprise Support area wher I looked after ERP and CRM Implementation and operation mainly as Business Support and then Enterprise Support Manager before getting to the Full VAS and Charging Operations including Prepaid and VAS platforms operations on top of the Billing System which currenly runs Hybrid customers (semi-convergence postpaid/prepaid)
