20+ years marketing experience, 10 years in senior operational/research roles. Economics degree from Brunel University that included two work placements in Research Executive roles at LWT, London and Redken Laboratories (hair products) Los Angeles. Between 1990 and 1998 held a number of research, promotions and marketing positions (also production/ programming roles) with Kiss 100 FM, London and Radio City in Liverpool. In 1998 appointed Emap’s Programme Director at Radio Aire/Magic 828 (Leeds) with brief to drive up market share and revenue.
